All Maintenance Agreement customers will receive 1 or 2 visits per year, based on your system needs, and will enjoy the following added benefits:

Our one year Maintenance Agreements are priced as follows:
Gas Furnaces / Gas Boilers - $130
Includes one maintenance visit in the fall in preparation for the heating season. Technician will clean and adjust burners, adjust automatic controls, replace standard air filters, lubricate as needed, perform a combustion analysis, test safety, check blower, check flue and check thermostat operation.
Air Conditioning Systems - $130
Includes one maintenance visit in the spring in preparation for the cooling season. Technician will clean condenser coil and indoor coil, replace standard air filters, check electrical connections, thermostat, safety devices, blower belt wear, tension and alignment, expansion valve and coil temperatures, condensate drain and refrigerant level.
Heat Pumps with Gas Backup - $290
Includes two maintenance visits, spring and fall, to prepare for the upcoming season. Technician will check defrost cycle and reversing valve operation, adjust air volume for maximum efficiency, check safety devices and electrical connections, clean indoor coil, lubricate as needed, check for oil and refrigerant leaks, test electrical controls, check refrigerant level, check condensate drain and replace standard air filters.
Heat Pumps with Electric Backup - $240
Includes two maintenance visits, spring and fall, to prepare for the upcoming season. Technician will clean and check automatic controls, check wiring for loose connections and condition of insulation, check supply voltage and amperage draw, lubricate as needed, test safety shutoff response, check blower belt wear, tension and alignment, check condensate drain and replace standard air filters.
Aprilaire Humidifiers - $45
Available only as an add-on to above Maintenance Agreements. Technician will start up humidifier in fall for heating season and replace humidifier pad. In spring, humidifier will be cleaned and turned off for cooling season.
Electronic Air Cleaners - $50
Available only as an add-on to above Maintenance Agreements. Technician will inspect unit, check operation and clean unit.
